@antio And I do a 40-48 water fast about once a month or so.
@antio I did and 8-hour feeding window 1pm-9pm for the longest time and then I shortened it to 4 hours. Then after a while I just started doing one meal a day basically. The four hour window gives flexibility for social events.
@antio Yes, technically but in reality it’s been a 1 hour feeding window. (AKA OMAD) I shoot for at least 20 hours per fast and then eat for the hour and then start fasting again.
